Door leaf 44 mm thick composed of panel, solid wood in its perimeter, clad with 4 mm mdf sheets, inside honeycomb panel type E18 and solid wood perimeter band, which guarantees stability and tightness of the hardware.
Surface cladding with continuous PVC polymer blend sheet, edged with ABS edge SF 3311 Grey 1W200.

The 1 mm sheet is scratch-resistant, with a TEKNEDIL embossed, paste-coloured, anti-vandalism surface. Resistant to the most commonly used cleaning agents and difficult chemical attack. Fire resistance: EN13823: Bs2d0 and BS476 Part 7 Class 1 Self-extinguishing.

Perimeter sash rebate gasket in semi-rigid PVC, with shock-absorbing and bumper function (soft closing), scratch-resistant, interchangeable (anchored with core).
Cover strips, 140 or 75 mm wide, covered with PVC polymer blend Ethyl7045 ET Teknedil self-extinguishing foil (same characteristics as the sheet), 2 mm thick, with Teknedil embossing, suitably shaped to create a single body with the frame after installation, without sharp edges, with large radius for cleanliness and safety.

3D hinges adjustable on 3 axes in a self-supporting manner (without the addition of shims): ensures the possibility of adjustment to adapt to any sagging and sagging of the frame. Available 3D hinges of the External Type with different finishes or the Invisible Type, installed on the internal solid perimeter.
